Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and cultivate a pipeline of elite technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand and deliver on precise hiring requirements.
• Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent.
• Optimize hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and overall candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and product positions across various seniority levels.
• Proven track record of using creative sourcing techniques to engage passive, world-class talent.
• Excellent communication skills for effective partnership with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to provide an authentic and high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless work ethic with a history of exceeding KPIs.
• Must be based in New York City for in-person work.
