What you will do

• Scale engineering and ML teams from 15 to 50 over the course of 2026 while maintaining a high talent bar.
• Define and establish the talent brand for hirify.global.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to closing candidates.
• Build and lead the internal recruiting team from the ground up.
• Cultivate relationships through hosting events, meetups, and networking lunches.
• Provide regular hiring data and feedback to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of hiring top talent in product design and engineering.
• Ability to assess technical portfolios and capabilities effectively.
• High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience closing candidates choosing between top AI labs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI).
• Expertise in designing scalable sourcing funnels and pipelines from scratch.
