Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (Chelsea office 4 days/week preferred)
Salary: $90K – $105K

What you will do
- Lead proactive searches for roles across various functions and levels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other channels to identify top passive talent.
- Own candidate outreach via personalized messaging and conduct initial alignment screens.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role needs and search priorities.
- Deliver market insights on talent availability, competitor mapping, and compensation trends.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and refine the company's internal sourcing playbook.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in high-growth SaaS, MedTech, or startup environments.
- Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates across technical and business roles.
- Proficiency in advanced search techniques and ATS/CRM platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever).
- Strong written communication skills to effectively articulate the company's mission.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with talent intelligence tools such as Juicebox, Github, Gem, or SeekOut.
- Experience contributing to talent mapping or employer branding projects.
- Interest in scaling sourcing operations.
