Talent Sourcing Specialist (MedTech): Identifying and engaging top talent across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams for a medical referral platform with an accent on passive candidate sourcing in SaaS and MedTech markets. Focus on building high-quality pipelines, delivering market intelligence, and optimizing the sourcing playbook to scale the organization.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York City (Chelsea office 4 days/week preferred)

Salary: $90K – $105K

What you will do

  • Lead proactive searches for roles across various functions and levels.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other channels to identify top passive talent.
  • Own candidate outreach via personalized messaging and conduct initial alignment screens.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role needs and search priorities.
  • Deliver market insights on talent availability, competitor mapping, and compensation trends.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and refine the company's internal sourcing playbook.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in high-growth SaaS, MedTech, or startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates across technical and business roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced search techniques and ATS/CRM platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever).
  • Strong written communication skills to effectively articulate the company's mission.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools such as Juicebox, Github, Gem, or SeekOut.
  • Experience contributing to talent mapping or employer branding projects.
  • Interest in scaling sourcing operations.
