What you will do

• Lead end-to-end VP- and C-suite searches across Engineering, GTM, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Partner directly with the CEO and executive team to shape role definitions and drive alignment on leveling.
• Proactively map and cultivate talent pipelines within AI infrastructure and enterprise SaaS.
• Conduct high-signal executive assessments using structured screens and behavioral frameworks.
• Lead complex offer strategies and compensation negotiations for senior leadership roles.
• Establish the processes and tools to build a repeatable internal executive search practice.

Requirements

• 8+ years in recruiting, with at least 4 years focused exclusively on VP- and C-suite searches.
• Experience closing complex leadership hires within high-growth tech companies or retained search firms.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to CEOs and CFOs.
• Expert-level sourcing skills for passive executive talent.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
• Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
