• Deliver accurate, value-driven product guidance to build customer trust.
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline from first touch through closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity goals and revenue targets.
• Identify customer business challenges and communicate tailored DIFM solutions.
• Proactively nurture opportunities to move them forward in the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and shared performance goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting targets.
• Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (onsite position).
• Proven sales acumen and closing ability to guide conversations and drive outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and systems efficiently.
• Flexibility to support varied schedules, including occasional overtime.
• Ability to demonstrate AI fluency and integrate AI tools into professional workflows.
