What you will do

• Recruit and establish new partnerships with LSPs and referral partners aligned with go-to-market goals.
• Drive expansion revenue by identifying and supporting upsell opportunities within existing partners.
• Create and manage a structured onboarding and enablement program for partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on referral coordination and co-marketing initiatives.
• Track partner-generated pipeline performance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the refinement of partner programs by identifying process improvements and tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, channel development, or business development within tech or professional services.
• Proven success in creating and nurturing long-term business relationships with measurable results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois.
• Valid US work authorization required; the company does not sponsor new visa applications.
