TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Identifying, engaging, and qualifying new prospects at credit unions and community banks using the BankGPT platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Focus on executing high-volume outreach, researching target accounts, and routing qualified leads to Account Executives.

Location: On-site, 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA (Financial District)

Compensation: Base Salary $60,000–$70,000 | OTE $120,000–$130,000 + equity

hirify.global is building a universal banking assistant powered by BankGPT to modernize legacy systems and improve financial well-being for consumers.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers at target financial institutions.
  • Research accounts to identify right contacts and craft personalized outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to Account Executives with actionable context.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with AEs on territory strategy, account targeting, and pipeline development.
  • Contribute to team projects, playbook development, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or Fintech.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time on-site work.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.
  • Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong sense of urgency.
