What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and secure senior hosted buyers through proactive outreach and conversion
• Manage a strong buyer pipeline using Salesforce and approved data sources
• Maintain consistent outbound activity via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Communicate the value proposition to build genuine relationships with senior decision-makers
• Collaborate with supplier sales, marketing, and operations teams to support event delivery
• Provide onsite support during events to help buyers maximize their experience

Requirements

• Proven confidence in engaging senior stakeholders via phone, email, and video
• Resilience and ability to thrive in a high-output outbound environment
• Strong organizational skills for managing pipelines and hitting delivery targets
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus)
• Must be based in or able to work in London
