Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, office attendance 3 days per week)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers across onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding by aligning stakeholders on goals and success metrics to ensure fast time-to-value.
- Conduct outcome-led customer conversations to demonstrate ongoing impact and ROI.
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated business outcomes.
- Own pricing, contracting, and commercial negotiations while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in account management managing an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, and negotiation.
- Value-led approach focused on long-term partnerships and outcomes.
- Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive operational rigour.
