What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the Sheffield hospitality industry to identify trends and opportunities.
• Execute effective territory sales plans based on market research and insights.
• Convert prospects into customers through high-velocity in-person meetings and tailored presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from needs analysis and solution design to contract agreement and onboarding.
• Maintain precise Salesforce data to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field and outbound sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, or hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality segments including restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels.
• Solid grasp of pipeline building, territory planning, and lead generation.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar pipeline management systems.
• Must be based in Sheffield.
