What you will do

• Lead engaging, interactive training sessions and workshops for employees across various teams.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including instructor-led (ILT), virtual (VILT), and e-learning content.
• Provide individual coaching to employees and managers to enhance workplace effectiveness and reach professional goals.
• Coordinate training logistics, track attendance, and report on program impact using Learning Management Systems.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement L&D initiatives and identify organizational learning needs.

Requirements

• Must be based within 45 miles of the Ottawa or Toronto offices
• 4-year degree (Master's preferred) in Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or Education.
• Experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to coach individuals to overcome obstacles and professional challenges.
