TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office (Hybrid)

Salary: 90,000 – 110,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational growth.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Support organizational change, talent transformation, and career pathing initiatives.
  • Drive AI adoption and innovative ways of working to improve team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional People teams to deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to influence leadership and build credibility through strong business acumen.
  • Experience navigating complex employee relations and performance management situations.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills for candid, productive conversations.
  • Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Toronto.
  • Curiosity or practical experience with AI tools and technologies.

Nice to have

  • CHRP or equivalent HR designation.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams.
