What you will do

• Act as a senior first point of contact, providing professional HR Advice.
• Handle daily operational use of Workday, including on- and offboarding, contracts and employee data changes.
• Resolve HR cases and make recommendations and decisions within your area of responsibility.
• Own and continuously improve HR policies, processes and content in MyHR Personnel Handbook and case management systems.
• Contribute actively to HR projects and support the wider HR team with senior expertise.
• Coach and guide managers in people processes such as absence management, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education.
• Experience working with operational HR processes and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English: both written and spoken.
