Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Office attendance required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do
- Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders to strengthen decision-making and team effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with global employment laws and policies.
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and implement data-driven HR solutions.
- Develop career development frameworks and learning strategies specifically for technical talent.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a senior HRBP supporting Software Engineering and Product leadership in a high-growth, global environment.
- Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership coaching.
- Strong knowledge of global employment law and labor standards.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and managing complex change initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- English: C1+ required (Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills).

- HR designation such as CHRP or CHRL.
