What you will do

• Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders to strengthen decision-making and team effectiveness.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with global employment laws and policies.
• Leverage people analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and implement data-driven HR solutions.
• Develop career development frameworks and learning strategies specifically for technical talent.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior HRBP supporting Software Engineering and Product leadership in a high-growth, global environment.
• Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership coaching.
• Strong knowledge of global employment law and labor standards.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and managing complex change initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• English: C1+ required (Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills).

Nice to have

• HR designation such as CHRP or CHRL.
