What you will do

• Manage SaaS procurement and service delivery for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Negotiate high-value SaaS deals and renewals on behalf of customers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Develop and implement software commercial category strategies to maximize financial benefits.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales teams to maintain and grow strong customer relationships.
• Act as the primary buy-side contact, ensuring customer commercial objectives are met.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align procurement with their purchase objectives and technology strategy.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the UK is required.
• Extensive experience in high-volume and high-value transactions in a buying or selling capacity.
• Expert-level negotiation skills with deep knowledge of levers used to manage SaaS vendors.
• Professional background in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for revenue growth within the customer portfolio.
