What you will do

• Review Purchase Requests and Scope of Work specifications to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
• Lead pre-bid conferences and manage the issuance of ITTs, RFPs, and RFQs to vendors.
• Prepare and manage contractual instruments including Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Service Maintenance Agreements.
• Administer vendor execution by tracking deliveries, resolving non-conformances, and verifying receipts in the ERP system.
• Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and support internal procurement audits.
• Conduct market surveys and develop new vendor relationships to improve pricing and availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement and contract administration.
• Proficiency in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex import/export regulations.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required by business needs.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and security of company documentation.
