What you will do

• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle and negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and SLAs, focusing on high-risk and critical vendors.
• Serve as the primary Relationship Owner for Tier 1-Critical vendors, ensuring performance aligns with risk appetite.
• Conduct spend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Implement risk-based monitoring and document activities within the TPRM platform to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate quarterly stewardship meetings and track KPIs using performance scorecards.
• Develop and refine sourcing templates and SOPs to create a repeatable procurement process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or TPRM.
• Experience as a lead negotiator for complex commercial terms and SLAs.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost modeling and Microsoft Word for contract redlining.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT, and physical security vendor risk.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
• Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP).
