What you will do

• Manage strategic sourcing, contract administration, and vendor relationships for a client portfolio.
• Execute eRFPs, analyze responses, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and results.
• Implement supplier audits and QBRs to ensure all goals, metrics, and KPIs are achieved.
• Utilize AI-driven procurement and contract-management platforms to generate strategic insights.
• Oversee the development of tracking and reporting mechanisms for service contracts.
• Lead a Procurement Coordinator through an indirect reporting relationship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, ideally within facility services.
• Proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, and e-catalogs.
• Legal knowledge to prepare, negotiate, and explain agreements and amendments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.
