What you will do

• Lead and optimize operational workflows for campaign setup, delivery, and performance.
• Define and prioritize the programmatic product roadmap in collaboration with technical and leadership teams.
• Act as the senior escalation point for technical and operational issues with DSPs and external partners.
• Drive improvements in DSP connectivity, transaction mechanics, and overall platform efficiency.
• Oversee financial reconciliation, spend tracking, and operational reporting.
• Support the rollout of new programmatic audio products and partner inventory integrations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in programmatic advertising and ad tech ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and digital advertising infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading platform operations or product operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex technical and operational challenges.
• Commercial awareness including financial reconciliation and platform governance.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
