What you will do

• Build, design, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents by analyzing customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to high-profile customers, defining and managing their AI roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering to design new product features based on direct customer feedback loops.
• Write and test prompt logic to solve specific customer use cases.
• Own a portfolio of AI agents end-to-end, ensuring measurable real-world business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Engagement Manager, Consultant, or Founder.
• Fluent in German with professional experience working in German-speaking environments.
• Deep technical acumen to shape and understand AI agent designs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Location: Must be based in London (On-site).

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent technical experience.
