What you will do

• Define and drive the overarching driver product vision and strategy across consumer mobile apps and web platforms.
• Overhaul internal culture by introducing and evangelizing product management best practices and scalable ways of working.
• Align squad roadmaps with company OKRs to drive measurable global growth.
• Lead squads focused on customer acquisition, LTV, and the growing Electric Vehicles (EV) segment.
• Act as a player-coach, directly leading the Apps squad while mentoring a team of Product Managers.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between Product and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product leadership within marketplaces, subscription models, or the EV sector.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and establishing operational workflows in scaling companies.
• Strong background in consumer mobile app design and development (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK (3 days in office).

Nice to have

• Expertise in product journeys where software and hardware integrate, such as smart parking infrastructure or EV charging.
