TL;DR

Product Operations (Fintech): Designing and owning the operating model for the full product organization, including planning cadences, roadmap governance, and OKR cycles with an accent on systemic efficiency and scalability. Focus on building instrumentation for performance measurement, streamlining GTM readiness, and creating durable knowledge infrastructure.

Location: Remote (Must be based in United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa)

What you will do

  • Own the product operating model, including planning cadences, roadmap governance, and OKR cycles for a distributed senior team.
  • Build instrumentation and dashboards to measure product performance across the portfolio and provide leadership clarity.
  • Define and evolve the strategy for product tooling as the company scales from Series C.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) readiness by coordinating across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify and resolve systemic friction through durable structural changes to the product organization.
  • Establish knowledge infrastructure, including documentation standards, onboarding, and shared frameworks.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in senior Product Operations or Chief of Staff roles within a B2B technology company.
  • Strong analytical capability to work with data and build dashboards independently.
  • Proven track record of creating systems and processes that are adopted and maintained over time.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and GTM without a predefined lane.
  • Capacity for multi-quarter strategic thinking combined with present-day execution.
  • Must be based in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa.
