What you will do

• Define and execute the portfolio vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage portfolio composition, including investment, growth, and sunset decisions to optimize market impact.
• Conduct continuous market, competition, and customer analysis to inform strategic product decisions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and launch to evolution and optimization.
• Monitor and optimize core performance metrics including revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention.
• Build and scale the product management function by defining standards, best practices, and mentoring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with leadership experience managing multi-product SaaS portfolios.
• Must be located in the United Kingdom.
• Proven track record of portfolio strategy ownership and P&L management in international markets.
• Expertise across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills focusing on pricing, ROI, and SaaS-specific metrics.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders within a multinational environment.

• Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or other regulated domains.
