What you will do

• Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for assigned factory areas and equipment.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Investigate EHS incidents and near misses, performing root cause analysis and tracking corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and internal corporate standards.
• Deliver EHS training and coach staff on safe work practices and risk-based decision making.
• Support new equipment installations and process changes to ensure safety requirements are met.

Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred, or extensive equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of EHS programs, risk assessment tools, and incident investigation.
• Ability to influence and coach at multiple organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with crane and hoist operations.
• Experience with power truck training.
• Electrical safety experience.
