What you will do

• Promote and support an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) across the project site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and support injury/illness case management.
• Develop and maintain project safety roadmaps and documentation.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support project leadership and field personnel with safety initiatives and training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of large-scale construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• BCSP certification required (CSP, CHST, ASP, STSC, OHST, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work night shift (6:00 PM – 4:30 AM) and overtime.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Electrical construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or Engineering.
