What you will do

• Lead the identification, development, and implementation of EHS programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, NFPA, and all State and Federal regulations.
• Manage Workers Compensation programs, including case management and investigations.
• Oversee accident investigations, safety committee collaboration, and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and maintain compliance documentation.
• Serve as the Site Document Coordinator for all SMS, EHS, and EMS documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 1–7 years of broad EHS experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State environmental health and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, etc.).
• Experience managing Workers Compensation programs and legal coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
