What you will do

• Foster a World Class Safety/Wellness Culture to improve workforce recruitment and retention.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and execute timely corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for all levels of plant personnel.
• Provide leadership for focus groups including Ergo/Hazard ID, JHA, and Confined Space Rescue.
• Ensure plant compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Safety or a related program; High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quincy, WA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train, teach, and lead others.
• Strong skills in data gathering and analysis.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in extreme temperatures.
