Senior Technical Product Manager (MedTech)

Location: London or Vilnius; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: London £91,000–£117,000 gross per year; Vilnius €7,000–€8,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and scalable health-data integrations.
• Own the health-data lifecycle from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in user-facing experiences.
• Lead development of a unified health-data model for personalised experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics.
• Partner with Design to create intuitive interfaces for health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Clinical, Legal, Privacy, Security, and AI Platform teams on specifications, architecture decisions, compliance, and structured data for models.
• Drive vendor integration strategy and define metrics for data quality, coverage, user outcomes, and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including platform, data, or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical background with APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, data modeling, and scalable data platforms.
• Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems; healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Experience working in regulated environments with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders.
• Track record of defining metrics, iterative delivery, experimentation, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality user experiences.
• Passion for healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data.
