Salary: £91,600 - £115,000 GBP (London) or €7,300 - €8,800 EUR per month (Vilnius).

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for Health Records, focusing on scalable and secure ingestion of data from diverse vendors and systems.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of health data, including normalization, enrichment, and activation for Virtual Clinics.
• Develop a unified health data model to support personalized user experiences and clinical use cases.
• Partner with design teams to create intuitive UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights and long-term care journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and user privacy.
• Drive the vendor integration strategy and collaborate with the AI Platform team to provide high-quality structured data for personalized insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical background with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems.
• Proven track record of defining products in regulated environments with clinical, legal, and privacy stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into user-friendly interfaces in partnership with design teams.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality challenges in scalable platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.

• Professional experience in the healthcare sector (MedTech).
• Experience with wearables integration (Health Connect/HealthKit).
