TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — 3 days in office required

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day TA operations, including invoicing, purchase orders, and finance coordination.
  • Oversee relationships with external suppliers, job boards, and recruitment agencies, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Line manage and deploy a pool of flexible TA experts across various business units based on demand.
  • Audit and redesign TA processes to remove friction and improve usability and human-centricity.
  • Implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance candidate communication workflows.
  • Produce operational reporting on TA spend and vendor performance for the Head of TA.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or program management within a TA or HR function.
  • Experience in people management, specifically directing teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Track record of designing and implementing process improvements for simplicity and usability.
  • Strong experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
  • Practical working knowledge of AI tools and their application in team efficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Experience working within a global or matrix-structured organization.
  • Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Exposure to TA analytics and building reporting dashboards.
