Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or able to commute to Nacka, Sweden)

What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to signed offer, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proactively source and headhunt top talent using modern, data-driven Talent Acquisition methods.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment reporting to support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, People & Communication, and business leaders across various functions and markets.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and modernization of effective Talent Acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within an in-house environment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and challenge hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work from the Nacka office (50% hybrid setup).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Swedish.
  • Experience working with assessment tools such as Assessio.
  • Interest in modern TA tools, AI, and data-driven recruitment.
