What you will do

• Drive agile adoption and implement modern delivery models across the organization.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues across engineering and business units.
• Set delivery standards, governance, and ways of working to ensure consistency.
• Manage and develop delivery leads, including direct line management responsibilities.
• Oversee cross-team delivery across multiple complex workstreams and platforms.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to provide structured updates and manage business expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proven experience as a Head of Delivery or Delivery Director in complex environments.
• Strong background in driving agile adoption and implementing delivery frameworks at scale.
• Experience working in regulated or highly controlled industry sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management at the C-suite level.
