Strategic Delivery Lead (International Public Sector)

What you will do

• Lead high-impact AI deployments for international public sector customers, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and institutional goals.
• Drive delivery workstreams for hirify.global Platform API and ChatGPT Enterprise, owning contractual milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (Research, Engineering) and senior government, policy, and security stakeholders.
• Establish best practices for milestone tracking, customer governance, and delivery operations at scale.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, policy, and security risks to maintain program velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate responsible AI use cases into actionable execution plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public sector consulting, delivery leadership, or senior program management.
• Must be based in the UK or EU (or able to support global public sector customers outside the US).
• For UK candidates: must hold or be eligible for UK SC/DV or comparable clearance.
• Proven track record of leading organizational transformation (AI, digital, or tech) within government or highly regulated institutions.
• Experience managing large-scale AI/ML, data, or enterprise API-based deployments.
• Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and drive accountability across senior stakeholders.
