What you will do

• Lead all day-to-day software development delivery activities across product lines, including custom development, product enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Own the commercial performance of customer-funded development, managing revenue, margins, and rolling revenue forecasts.
• Execute the functional product roadmap, translating strategy into sequenced delivery commitments.
• Lead the QA function, overseeing functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure product stability.
• Manage and coach cross-functional development and QA teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Architecture, and Product Manager to ensure alignment between delivery and business priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercially accountable delivery leadership role.
• Experience managing professional services revenue, margins, and capacity planning.
• Strong proficiency in backlog management and running sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives).
• Ability to lead and develop cross-functional engineering and QA teams.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience using Jira as a single source of truth for planning and reporting.
