What you will do

• Own programme and project coordination for French-market initiatives, managing plans, dependencies, and risks.
• Act as Delivery Manager for UK Enterprise-level initiatives, providing structure and rigour to cross-functional delivery.
• Bridge language and cultural gaps between French-speaking stakeholders and internal UK/international teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and coach teams toward self-organization and higher productivity.
• Define and optimize organizational processes to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality software.
• Provide consistent reporting on project progress, timelines, and delivery health to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and Professional English (B2+/C1) proficiency.
• Must be located in France or the UK.
• 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.
• Extensive experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Solid hands-on experience embedding Agile methods and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
