What you will do

• Own global implementation performance, focusing on delivery quality, project throughput, time-to-live, and CSAT.
• Lead and develop a function of approximately 35 FTEs across four sub-teams and manage implementation partners.
• Standardise delivery models to replace manual, bespoke work with repeatable, scalable packages.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build system-driven, in-product onboarding flows.
• Own the technical integration strategy for ERP, finance, and HR systems to reduce implementation friction.
• Align with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates by streamlining the buying and setup process.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding at scale.
• Track record of managing multi-product implementation portfolios and developing large teams.
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations, specifically ERP or finance systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable efficiency gains and reduce implementation time.
• Experience applying automation or product-led approaches to minimize manual delivery work.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona or London hubs
