What you will do

• Lead integrated health assessments and prioritize program interventions in emergency contexts.
• Design program strategies and draft technical proposals and budgets for international donors.
• Manage health program implementation, including staff recruitment, training, and procurement.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure program quality and efficiency.
• Represent the organization with local government, donors, and humanitarian clusters.
• Provide comprehensive handovers to ensure sustainable long-term programming.

Requirements

• Master’s or post-graduate degree in Public Health or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of senior-level work experience in the field.
• Proven track record leading in emergency or start-up environments.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French required.
• Ability to deploy to emergency sites within 72 hours of notification.
• Strong budgeting and grant writing skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Access, Project, and GIS.
