What you will do
- Provide clinical support and essential EAP functions to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals at in-person worksites.
- Deliver personalized member support including crisis intervention when needed, psycho-education, triage, and referral.
- Collaborate with teams to help members create digital accounts, complete online screenings, and schedule provider appointments.
- Document activities and support efforts to track and improve member progress in care.
- Direct members to digital CBT, employer benefits, and external community resources as appropriate.
- Support worksite critical incidents and conduct consultation/training for leadership and HR on EAP referral processes.
Requirements
- Georgia unrestricted behavioral health licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with at least 3 years of experience.
- Onsite work at four locations outside of Atlanta: Marietta, Hiram, Austell, and Douglasville, GA (some local travel to alternate worksites may be required).
- Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with technology and adopting new platforms for member support and documentation.
