What you will do

  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to Protection from Violence (PfV) Officers and Assistants.
  • Manage the implementation of protection projects, including budget monitoring, spending plans, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, UN agencies, and international NGOs at the area level.
  • Collect and analyze protection monitoring data to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Represent NRC in protection cluster and sub-cluster coordination forums.
  • Manage individual protection cases while maintaining strict confidentiality and consent protocols.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience and technical expertise in protection programming and risk-based programming.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Experience working in complex, volatile contexts and protracted displacement.
  • Ability to manage teams across multiple office locations.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Wedweil, South Sudan.
