What you will do

• Engage directly with program recipients in the field to assess process quality and compliance.
• Audit the work of the enrollment team to ensure data accuracy against established standards.
• Identify and report key operational risks and potential cases of fraud or bribery.
• Evaluate local stakeholder feedback regarding program impact and community perception.
• Recommend process improvements based on field observations and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably with underserved communities.
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda is required.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and auditing operational processes.
• Proficiency in mobile data collection tools and computer applications.
• Ability to work in challenging field conditions, including difficult terrain and weather.
