What you will do

• Conduct environmental and social risk screenings for all project interventions using the hirify.global ESS Risk Screening Checklist.
• Ensure environmental and social safeguards are integrated into the full project life-cycle.
• Maintain and monitor grievance redress mechanisms and stakeholder participation processes.
• Provide operational support for the implementation and operationalization of the hirify.global Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF).
• Collaborate with national institutions and project partners to ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a national of Jamaica or hold valid residency/work permits for Jamaica.
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant national environmental and social legislation.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Project Manager and hirify.global Representative.
• Commitment to hirify.global values and zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment.
• Higher educational qualifications from an institution recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED).
