What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach including phone, email, and social media.
  • Research targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, DBAs, and DevOps Leads.
  • Conduct high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to showcase immediate value.
  • Qualify prospects using established frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with sales teams for seamless opportunity transitions.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer objections to Marketing and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.
