What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and networking issues across MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and access permissions.
• Oversee hardware and software inventory and asset management using Snipe-IT.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Perform security reviews of vendors and conduct internal security audits.
• Build workflows and automations to optimize internal IT processes.

Requirements

• Experience implementing corporate security controls such as SOC 2.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace Admin.
• Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Linux in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Slack, GitHub, 1Password, and other SaaS tools.
• Ability to manage AI tooling such as Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
