What you will do

• Set and execute the integrated marketing strategy and six-week sprint cadence.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of six senior marketing professionals.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align programs with commercial priorities and pipeline goals.
• Drive AI fluency across the team to improve marketing quality, speed, and relevance.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program contribution to revenue and pipeline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified go-to-market motion.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America with availability to work in North American time zones.
• Significant B2B integrated marketing experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing senior teams.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to translate field signals into program priorities.
• Active, practical experience using AI tools as infrastructure in marketing workflows.
• Ability to interrogate data and tell actionable stories behind performance metrics.
