What you will do
- Own and expand 's market presence and strategic enterprise accounts within Japan.
- Engage senior quality, operations, and digital transformation leaders on high-level enterprise initiatives.
- Manage complex consultative sales cycles (6-9 months) for enterprise accounts with 1B+ revenue.
- Build multi-year, multi-site partnerships focused on delivering measurable operational outcomes.
- Drive software license, maintenance, and services revenue through effective territory management.
Requirements
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement in enterprise sales.
- High proficiency in value-based selling of complex software solutions.
- Experience managing long-term sales cycles and high-revenue enterprise accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow-through.
- Must be based in Tokyo Prefecture, Japan.
