What you will do
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the manufacturing automation sector.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, integrators, and distribution partners to uncover transformational use cases.
- Leverage AI-powered sales tech stacks to qualify leads, improve prospecting, and shorten sales cycles.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new accounts and verticals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape client-specific solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and drive long-term retention through proactive communication and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alabama or nearby states.
- 4+ years of proven success in technical sales, specifically within manufacturing or automation environments.
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling robotics, machine vision, or complex automation systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and operations leaders using a consultative approach.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
