Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Ads within the EMEA territory.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-level executives and heads of eCommerce.
- Act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetization strategies and advertiser ROI.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to accelerate deal progression.
- Own and grow a healthy, multi-stage sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem including DSPs, ad servers, and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex retailer organizations and manage long sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
- English: C2 level required.
- Must be based in London, UK.
