Enterprise Account Executive (AdTech): Driving the go-to-market strategy and new customer acquisition for hirify.global Ads across the EMEA territory with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and retail media monetization. Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for hirify.global Ads within the EMEA territory.
  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-level executives and heads of eCommerce.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetization strategies and advertiser ROI.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to accelerate deal progression.
  • Own and grow a healthy, multi-stage sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem including DSPs, ad servers, and APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex retailer organizations and manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience building relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • English: C2 level required.
  • Must be based in London, UK.

  • Professional proficiency in German, French, or Dutch.
