TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/Ecommerce): Managing end-to-end complex sales cycles for strategic enterprise accounts in the EMEA region with an accent on value-led discovery and ROI-driven business cases. Focus on navigating complex buying groups and closing high-value deals with sophisticated retailers.

Location: Must be German speaking. Remote options available in Germany (DE remote) or UK (London preferred).

What you will do

  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline across defined regions or account sets.
  • Lead senior-level consultative conversations focused on business outcomes.
  • Conduct deep discovery to translate customer challenges into clear value stories.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases and commercial proposals.
  • Navigate complex buying groups, including legal and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive deals forward.

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling B2B SaaS at the enterprise level.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience selling into large retailers or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
  • Confident communication skills and executive presence for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Success selling into DACH, BENELUX, and/or the Nordics regions.
  • Background in ecommerce, CX, martech, or logistics tech.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
