What you will do

  • Manage a named account list and cultivate inbound and outbound leads.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to contracting and renewals.
  • Conduct high-velocity product demonstrations and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to tailor AI solutions.
  • Develop and refine sales playbooks to enable organizational scaling.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using value-based methodologies.
  • Ability to independently manage a pipeline and forecast performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Spanish language proficiency required.
  • Ability to lead multi-threaded sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Passion for AI and its application in the legal and professional services industry.
