TL;DR

SMB Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of SMB customers throughout the full customer lifecycle with an accent on commercial onboarding, retention, and expansion. Focus on driving product adoption, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring long-term ROI for customers.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of SMB accounts, from onboarding and retention to renewal and expansion.
  • Lead commercial onboarding to align stakeholders on goals and success metrics to ensure fast time-to-value.
  • Conduct outcome-led conversations that demonstrate ongoing product impact and ROI.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, identifying and mitigating risks early.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated business value.
  • Handle pricing, contracting, and commercial negotiations while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Background in account management managing an existing book of business.
  • Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, and negotiation.
  • Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders at different levels.
  • High degree of operational rigour, discipline, and proactivity.
