Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London (3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of SMB accounts, from onboarding and retention to renewal and expansion.
- Lead commercial onboarding to align stakeholders on goals and success metrics to ensure fast time-to-value.
- Conduct outcome-led conversations that demonstrate ongoing product impact and ROI.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities based on demonstrated business value.
- Handle pricing, contracting, and commercial negotiations while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in account management managing an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewals, expansion strategy, and negotiation.
- Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- High degree of operational rigour, discipline, and proactivity.
