What you will do

• Perform quality control on policy administration, including original slip entry and renewals.
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, covering EPI, written, priced loss ratios, renewals, and endorsements.
• Conduct month-end reporting, tracking findings and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Client Data Partners and Syndicates to manage, monitor, and resolve data issues.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients to establish Data Partnering Service levels.
• Participate in Data Working Groups and provide feedback on PAS system issues.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Lloyd’s and London market processing requirements.
• Proven experience within the broader insurance and reinsurance industry.
• Ability to transpose information from Lloyd’s and Non-Lloyd’s slips into client systems, specifically IRIS.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems involving systems, data, and processes.
• Ability to produce consistently accurate work under tight deadlines.
